Rebate Details

To Receive your $100 rebate you must:

• Sign a lease term for 12 months or longer.
• Put "One Austin Realty" and the name of the agent that assisted the client on all guest cards, lease applications, and other documents presented to the client by the apartment property.
• Report the lease on the "Report Your Lease" page within 15 days after move-in.
• Mail or fax a copy of a dated lease application or first page of lease contract to:

• You will receive your check once One Austin Realty is paid on your lease.
• No rebate will be issued where the One Austin Realty total referral fee is equal to or less than $100 or prohibited by law.
• All rebate documentation must be received no later than 15 days after move in.
• One Austin Realty will not issue a rebate on a lease if One Austin Realty does not receive its referral fee within 120 days.
• Rebate check will be mailed to address on lease and made payable to tenant.

• Report the lease on the "Report Your Lease" page within 7 days after move in date.
• Mail or fax a copy of a dated lease application or first page of lease contract to:
